couple questions

#1 Are Mendeleev and Whats basically he same thing?

#2 I need to find a SIMPLE note pad like addon that will work with FuBar if possible

1. I have never used Whats personally.
2. I use TinyPad (located here on wowi) and there is FuBar_TinyPadFu on files.wowace.com
