Black area behind the right side hotbars

Hello,
Posting this for a friend as he doesnt have a account.

He recently reinstalled Mazzle (after a massive error wiped out his system (not UI related)

None the less now on the right side of the UI the graphic for the skin behind the buttons does not show up.

Any help would be appreciated =)

A screenshot would help, but it sounds like the chat boxes are not being created, or maybe they are you don't want them?
