NUI hud issues

I am having an issue with my NUI hud. when I target an NPC say a boss.. my right NUI bar is not the enemy or NPC but rather it's my mana. This is only happening on 1 character and I have even deleted/reinstalled the addon (both with uninstall with curse and physically removing the folders from the ADDONS folder. Could someone possibly help me with this?

There's a red button at the top of the screen. You can use this to cycle through the different hud modes.
