Macro for cast on arena targets with conditions.

Hi guys, im alway wondering is it possible to make a cast macro for arena, with this logic:
For example, /cast [notmycurrenttarget][notmyfocus][@arena1] spellname; [notmycurrenttarget][notmyfocus][@arena2] spellname; [notmycurrenttarget][notmyfocus][@arena3] spellname

I now there is no such conditions as i write, but maybe there is with different names, maybe there is a way to make something like that?

You can't select a spell's target by comparing if they're your current target or focus.
If you think you can handle it, you can have a spell target someone under your cursor using [@mouseover].
