Carbonite quest log doesn't work for one character only

I downloaded and installed the updated Carbonite 3.1 with no problem. And it works just fine for all characters but one. In that character's (level 64 Human Warrior in Shattrath) quest log, there's a list of quests but no description of what each quest is or where to go. Any suggestions? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it made no difference.
