Check if current unit is Boss \ get Boss Names ?

Is there better way to check if current unit is boss than suggested here:

Or maybe is there a way to get all bosses names (or ID) which is in fight with Player currently? (when player in fight)

For old dungeons where bosses do not have separate bosses frames with HP

He/She wants to grab the name of the boss and UnitClassification only returns the classification.
