shadowform + change actionbar macro/mod request

I don't know much about macros, but basicly I want a macro that will set my actionbar to #2 when I go into shadowform and then #1 when I come out. I don't have every action bar displayed on my UI, so I can't just write it to cycle thru my action bar and /cast shadowform it needs to display actionbar #1 when I go into shadowform and actionbar #2 when I come out.
I searched the forums and downloads and didnt find a mod that would do this for me. Is there a warrior stance mod that includes this also?

Bongos can change actionbar X to actionbar Y or Z (which can be hidden bars) for warrior stances. I am fairly sure it can do the same thing for Shadowform.

Takes a short while to set your bars up but once it's done it's excellent.

Bongos supports shadowform.

I use the default action bars and I don't really like changing everything that is at the bottom of my screen. is there another mod maybe a smaller one that will do what I'm asking for?
