Carbonite Help!

Hello! I am using carbonite for Wrath of The Lich King... I was wondering why it is that all of my mini icons normally displayed on the side are now gone. I can't right click on bg icons, tracking icons, rdf icons, and even the calender! The only mini icon that shows is the Carbonite icon. How do I get all those mini icons back??
