AudioAlert sort of Addon?

Hey guys, Iv been searching around for awhile now and I cant seem to find any addon that does this that is still updated. I want a Addon that will do just what this addon did. http://www.wowinterface.com/download...udioAlert.html.

Iv found one similar addon and thats http://www.wowace.com/addons/notabene/ and that one is also dead of course.


*Edit* If there isn't anything like this around could someone explain to me how I can add Chimera Shot and Aimed Shot to Audio Alert I can add my own sound. Just need Chimera Shot and Aimed Shot added to it.
