Ready Check Background Sound

I made an addon that plays a sound when BG / Ready Check or LFG appears. It works with sound effects disabled and allows you to alt-tab and listen for the sound (be sure to enabled background sound).

I have just updated it to run with 4.0, should all be working fine.
