How to Remove unlock Button function on DAB

I'm trying to find a way so I could remove the function that let me Drag Buttons ahound by Shift+Clicking over it, either having set them to "Locked" on Discord Action Bars options. I use alot the Shift and time to time I got myself, by mistake, Draging buttons ahoud. Whoul be nice to have something like "LockBar" http://ui.worldofwar.net/ui.php?id=1585 unsted.

Anyone have an Idea at least how I can remove that option?
