Help with TaeriUI

HI, I've posted a comment for the above named UI but nobody has been able to answer it as yet, there is a screenshot of the UI posted by the author and what I need to know is the name of the addon that creates the small cooldown bar above the action buttons, mine seems to have moved to the right and is now obscuring the target nameplate, and I'm unable to move it, any help on this would be appreciated, I'll post a link to the comments below.

It's definitely ForteExorcist, however if you want to use something with less options, you can also use CoolLine
