How can i add Role Icons ??? i Dont like the Color for Tank Heal etc

Use /grid then click Advanced Settings and go to Indicators. Select "side-bottom" and click the Layout tab. Scroll to the bottom to find the "Change type" drop down menu and select Icon

Vendor Trash? yeah, it's the left most icon in the main inventory bag
