Druid Combo Points Not Appearing

Druid combo points seem to disappear and not come back when I shift in and out of cat form. Occasionally, if I have it turned on to not hide out of combat, they won't disappear entirely but will get stuck on whatever state they were when I shifted out, even after I shift back in again. Reloading the UI causes them to accurately display.
