"Mini Map" blank

Absolutely love the program. One of the first programs I have willfully donated to. Carbonite works great on my pc but on my girlfriend's pc it doesn't. The block minimap is blank. She has the blizzard and the carbonite minimaps docked together. She is using the most current release and I have totally deleted the old version before moving the new version into the addons folder. Any ideas?

I'm don't know what you mean by "block minimap is blank".

Does it say 3.11 in the Carb minimap button tooltip? Older versions will show a mostly empty broken map due to patch changes.
