Strange Graphic

Hello, new user here. I followed the directions for a clean install of NUI+ and when I log in I have a strange graphic by my character. Can someone please help. I have attached a screen shot. I have the following loaded:

• Bagnon
• Carbonite
• NUI
• NUI Config GUI
• NUI Infopanel Carbonite and Omen
• Omen
• Sell O Matic 2

Those are your warlocks soul shards. Type: /nui movers to move it where you want it. then: /nui movers again to lock it all in place.

Where might I want to keep them? And what are they? Can you tell I am a newb yet?
