key bindings? how can this be done?

is this s-1? shift +1.....c-1 ctrl+1...if so how can i make this work, these r key bindigs right?
do i need another mod for that or it can been done just with bibmod

pic is taken form insomniax recompilation mod....

You don't need anything special. Go into your KeyBindings, and find the ActionBar #2 through #10 to set all your bars to whatever you want.

I have only two set up (#1 with the standard 1 through =, #2 with keypad 1 through +).

but i got bibmode....and how can i link for example bar nb4. all buttons to correspond to ctrl+1 ctrl+2 and so forth....this can be done through menu->key bindings??
