Trying to figure out what these buttons are from?

Ok I have been trying to figure out what creates the buttons circle in the below screenshot. When I click on one of the buttons the whole set dissapears and then after a while it comes back. I don't have any need for them and I cannot figure out what they are from. I have tried seeing if Bongos created them but that doesnt seem to be it. They are not from Autobar that I can tell.

It is driving me nuts so if anyone can help that would be great. thank you!

It's apparently the context menu. I hopefully have it turned off now

just for your info if you press the corner above the 9.36 clock it will open and close
