blizzard raid frames

Anyway to use these over grid? Disabled grid but couldn't adjust the raid frames from default ui since the menu is hidden.

Use /realadv go to "Hide Frames" and untick "Raid". This will re-enable the blizz raid frames and options.

So I wanted to use the default raid frames as well and got them to show up, but I can't seem to move them at all. Any suggestions?

You should be able to right-click on the Blizz Raid Frames or the Raid Frames placeholder on the left side of the screen to modify them or move them around.
