Garrison Icon movable

Hey there!

I'd love to be able to move the garrison icon or the golden frame popups.
I allways have to reload my interface upon receiving those frames, because i placed my minimap at the top right and it won't let me reach the X.

Anything i can do about that on my end other than move the minimap?
Maybe using going into farm mode can fix that in the meantime (since i moved that in the middle of my screen).
