Wheels and flightsticks?

I've been playing racing games since I was a kid, but aside from the old Xbox (had a nice wheel for that), always used a controller, or keyboard. I'm currently in the market for a wheel/pedals for NFS/GRID/Dirt/etc, as well as a decent flight stick, since I'd like to give flight sims a good try.

I'd prefer new, but don't mind used items. My budget is under $100 USD, but might go a little higher depending on how good the items are (if I splurge on one, I'll end up having to either skip on the other, or cheaping out).

Anybody also into racing/flight sims that has any good product recommendations?

I'm not into sims, but i'll recommend Saitek controllers

Saitek is good.

I use to be BIG in Flight Sims when SATCO was huge. Microsoft Flight Simulator and real-world ATC was my life. I had the whole yoke/rudder setup and almost built a replica cockpit. Of course that ended when I found WoW. I still think about going back to it, it was fun. I was a pilot for Cardinal Airlines (Virtual Airline). I was qualified to fly 727 and A03.

I've been drooling over the X52, and X52 Pro, as well as the X65s, but alas, a bit out of my price range.

Anybody know if the CYBORG F.L.Y.5, or V1 are any good, or even the older Saitek Aviator?
