nUI_Dragon_Console Question

How would I switch the background on the nUI_Dragon_Console mod from the blank black to the dragon one?

Not sure I understand what you're asking but, if you want to enable a skin, you install it like it was another mod (like nUI it should be in the interfaces\addon folder).

Then when you load WoW, at the character selection screen click the addons button and enable the skin there.

If you mean something else, can you clarify a bit ?
