Looking For Addon To Notify Dispel/Purge/Cleanse

hey guys I used to use SCT to notify when a person was dispelling so as a warlock I could make sure to get UA on them.

I cannot get any addon to do this I have tried MSBT and Power Aura, both are unable to do this because these are instant casts.
