pitbull focus target

ok well i am useing pit bull atm to build a new UI and i cant understand wat focus target does or how to make those bars appear plz help

If you target someone and do /focus, it will make a "focus" unitframe of that target.

In other words it makes an extra frame you can keep an eye on to see if it takes damage/heals/etc, very helpfull for crowd control.
