Red arrgo notice

Before all the patches and updates. I used to get a red arrgo text on raid player with arrgo. I don't anymore. This was very helpful as a healer. Is there an addon I misssed or is it an option in omen or sraidframes I missed? Anyhelp would be appreciated.
