Pitbull Portrait
This must already be in the forum somewhere but searching multiple times and pages I haven't found anything.

Was wondering how you get the Pitbul Portrait to appear similar to the one in Nuckleup UI. http://s.wowinterface.com/preview/pvw14357.jpg

How it starts in the health bar and continues outside the bar itself, and change direction that its in etc.
