[7.5] Fonts and Health Percentage

I looked around for an answer to these, so I'm sorry if it has been covered already. I'm guessing these will be relatively easy to answer (I'm a complete noob at all of this)

In OpenRDX 7.5, can I set the font size to something larger then 20? And how can I get the particular units health percentage without the % at the end (e.g. 76 instead of 76%). Would I be able to get decimal values for the percentage as well (e.g. 76.5).
