After updating, I noticed the "Do Not Update" list for addons has changed.

Is it now safe to update Chatter & Foglight? The reason I'm asking is Curse recognizes them as modified addons, and it prompts me letting me know that any changes are going to be overwritten.

Yes, if it is not listed on the "Do Not Update" list, you are safe to update it.
