Titles don't display?

Basically, I have my title set as Bloodsail Admiral, and it shows so at the top of the character window, but doesn't display above my head. No one else's titles display either, I can't find an option or anything in the .lua to change this. I DID find how to change it so titles display on tooltips through Freebtip, but absolutely nothing regarding showing them in-game, above people's heads. Am I just missing something obvious ?

That's in the "Names" section of the default Interface options.

I feel so dumb.
I looked, and looked, and looked, even in that section, and NEVER saw it!
I don't know how it got turned off, unless it's off by default when you install RealUI, cause I've always had it on. d:
