tahutto cannot get into the SUPPORTERS forum. How does he fix that?

I'm not arguing here, but this is the first line from that post: "
If you have subscribed or donated to Carbonite you are welcome to join our Carbonite Supporters Forum." Followed quickly by: "Please follow the instructions below and be sure to include your email address. Without your email address we have no way of tracking your subscription or donation down." I put in the bold and underlining.

I realize that has been there for just over a year, but if you truly don't have to donate to join that forum, that post, at least, should be re-written.

I agree that that post should likely be re-written, however at the time it was written it was just after Carbonite came to us for hosting and Blizzard had said that charging for addons was no longer allowed, so the post was written to explain things to those that used to be subscribers on their old site.
