Help with Action Bars

Hey there. First time poster. I played WoW for about 5 months, a year or so ago. Some buddies help me set up my addons, and I had TukUI. I had my action bars to where I had three big ones on the bottom of the screen, and nothing on the right side. I really loved this layout, but for the life of me I can't get that to happen no matter what I do.

I have the newest TukUI since I came back. But the AB's on the bottom only expand upward, whereas before they got bigger by 3 or 4 slots on each side as well.

Can anyone help me figure this out please??
