Banned

Hi,
I'm using MazzleUI with great pleasure and want to keep it but...
On the retail server i've got a 72 our ban because of using 3th party software.
On free server i got panneltys also because of using software with which i'm not following there rules.
Does anyone has this to and maybe know which of the add's it is.
It then is maybe possible to get rid of those add's
