Identifying addons from video

Hi, I'm completely new to WoW (what? in 2011?!?!), but already feel my interface is somewhat lacking.

Seens some useful looking addons in the following video:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Npch03hSZN4

Any suggestions on whats being used to move the cast buttons to where they are? What damage meter addon is being used? What his 'stancer' button is that seems to be allowing him to change between battle/defensive stance on the same click? How his own status bar (and that of what his focus is) is moved into the centre of the screen?

Help would be much appreciated

Bartender/Dominos for action bars
Looks like it's Pitbull4 for unit frames. Stuf is similar.
Skada for damage/threat meters.

Not sure about stance button functionality. May be a macro.
