Removing voice icon

Hi,
I have followed the instructions in other posts to remove the voice icon on myself, pet, party etc but I can't seem to remove the icon on my target in the target frame. See pic..



I have shown it with duf open but I can't for the life of me find where to get rid of this icon. (circled red) It obscures the target's level and is a tad unnecessary as I am sure the mobs are never going to talk to me.
Can someone point me at the right page in duf to get rid of it?

Its a bug, go to the self tab, select the voice icon, then while having the voice icon selected, go to the target tab. The section IS there, its just an obcenely small sliver of button to select it.
