Pan camera up and down

Please excuse me as I’m a complete noob, I mean a noob that’s only been playing 3 days.
A bit of background
My husband and I played EQ hardcore and for 9 years resided on the second top/top raiding guild on our server. Due to ill health we were forced to give up. We tried eq2 for a while and that was fine.
We have both been extremely ill of late, my husband to the extent that I thought I was going to loose him 8 weeks ago.
When he came home he said he’d like to game again but didn’t want to go back to EQ as it would feel odd being disabled and not being able to do what we used to. We decided to play WoW.
We just want to be able to potter about on our own and quest as we can. Grouping with others isn’t an option as we are too slow and are struggling with the key binds.
What’s killing us is not being able to look up or down as we used to. We don’t have quite the same mouse control as we used o so I’m trying to map as much to keyboards as I can.

Can anyone advise on the looking up/down mechanics. It was something I used a lot on EQ .
Can anyone advise what would be useful for 2 disabled noobs. My vision is crappy and we don’t have huge amounts of strength in our hands. For anyone that comes across us please excuse 2 dithery old crumbles and don’t yell at us as happened yesterday.
