Changing tooltip text color

Hi all,

First post here. I'm trying to change the color of the player's name in the tool tip to their class color. I've been looking through other addons code all night and I just can't seem to find anything that would help me out. This is probably a common question. Apologies.

Which client is this for? The game's tooltip code is vastly different between Retail and Classic clients.
