Freebtip Target's/Mouseovers's Target

Freebtip isn't throwing any errors and I haven't made any modifications to the code, but the target feature doesn't seem to work at all. Both my wife and I are having this issue, and it persists with a fresh install. I even tried it out on a freshly installed VM with a brand new World of Warcraft installation with only RealUI installed just to make sure it wasn't some kind of conflict I was missing. I couldn't find any information in other posts, but I see in other screenshots for people it seems to be working. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
