Request: Keybindings for Pals and Questdatabase

It would be nice if you could assign key bindings to the pal window and the quest window - so that we can open them and/or blizzard windows separately (as opposed to know where they attached themselves to the standard frames)

At least for the quest window, there's an option in "Quest" that reads "Open Carbonite quest window using Alt-L", if you select that, you can use L (or whatever) to open your normal quest log and Alt-L to open the carbonite quest log.

As i said alt-l opens both at the same time, not just the carbonite window
