Party window question..

I've been looking for a while now and I just can't find what I'm looking for.. Is anybody able to make, or point me to, an addon that will show my party's HP % in their hp bar (mana too), and the current + max to the right of the bar, off the frame?

On the same note, I'd like the reverse of that for the Player window.. current/max on the bar, but percent to the right of the window.
