Roth UI Action Bar problems, need help fixing

i just downloaded the Roth UI and followed all the steps provided on the website.

the problem i am currently having is that the Default WoW Actionbar is overlapping with the Roth UI's actionbar. the other problem is is that the buttons are really big and bunched up and overlapping one another.

is there a way that i can get rid of the Default Actionbar? i have all the addons enabled (with the "out of date" box checked), but... still can't seem to get rid of it.

do i need to download a separate addon in order to get rid of the Default Actionbar or am i missing something?
