What addons hides that UI

Hey ppl,
I was wandering what addons is that guy using - http://files.filefront.com/Ayrll+2/;.../fileinfo.html .
I already noticed Teh Bartender, CT2 , ECB , Trinket Menu and Titan Panel.
The thing i wanna know is what is teh purple icon near the minimap, what are his unit frames and the last what is that focus bar - how that thing works and with what addons cuz he was able to counterspell a guy on Focus without targeting him .

unit frames are the CT ones.

I don't see a purple icon by the minimap.

You don't need an add-on just to do that. You can use macro to do the same thing. Otherwise you can try Clique.

Note: I haven't watched the video though
