Rythal, why not include latest lua updates?

Attention Rythal:

Why aren't you including the latest updates to the corrected/updated lua files which users have submitted into your Beta/Alpha releases? Although they may not be 100% accurate, at least they are 98-99%% accurate, compared to the ones being released in [CarboniteBETA-540a2.zip]? Many of those you've provided in the zip file are 4-to-6-months old. Just wondering why?
