Out of Date?

I just downloaded the Discord Action Bars 3.0 and i unziped it and put it in my addon folder like i would with any of my other addons, but no matter what i do it tells me that it is out of date and wont show up.

any ideas whats going wrong?

Check the Load Out of Date AddOns option at the top of the AddOns window.

the toc in the new discord versions is wrong, it sais 1900 and should be 10900 thus wow say it's out of date
