Help finding a border image

I'm big into doing image replacements and was working on the tooltip border. I finished the image, and the tooltips look great. The only problem I have is in two places where the UI-Tooltip-Border is only partially used for some reason.

In the Interface Options the selection menu on the left is surrounded by the UI-Tooltip-Border on the left, right, and with the four corners, BUT the top and bottom border are different (pic 1).

To see that it isn't being squished in some way in the code I also recolored the top and bottom (pic 2) which you can see as red on the right, but not the left.

I also tried changing UI-Tooltip-T, B, R, and L and those didn't do anything.

Any help would be appreciated.

You can see the template used by that part of the options frame here.

It uses Interface\OptionsFrame\UI-OptionsFrame-Spacer for the top and bottom.

Thanks a bunch. There is still some weird opacity issue that I can't resolve with just a single image, but it's nice to finally know the image to mess with.
