Unhiding the petbar in healing layout

Hello,

Is anyone able to explain how to unhide the pet bar while in the healing layout?

As a shaman, using pets is a little bit important in both pvp and pve. however, the problem is, pet bar is only visible while in the dps/tank layout. I've searched over the lua and advance settings in the game and i've had to luck in finding out how to allow it to be visible.
