WhisperCast 2.3.0 for wow 2.0!

Alrighty, here is an early version that is functional for wow 2.0. Please post feedback and any bugs that you may occur.

Please note that by blizzards design, this will not function in combat, so don't ask for one that works in combat.

Changes
- Compatible with wow 2.0!! (tons of changes...)
- The dropdown menu no longer works of the Cast button, added an option button to the left of it (plus button)
- Added Battleground to the list of channels for /wc announce

Known Bugs
- Cast button saves the last spell cast
