Question Multiple #show tags

I've been wanting to create a macro with specific border glow triggers (Kill Shot) without loosing the dynamic icon display. Basically I am looking to create a macro that allows me to add this dynamic icon tooltip...
Code:
#showtooltip [mod:alt] Kill Shot; Arcane Shot
#showcooldown Kill Shot
while also enabling the button glow effect to trigger when Kill Shot becomes available...
So far I haven't had much luck - is it even possible?

Not possible.

Not possible. You'll either need to hit Alt to see the icon for Kill Shot or, if you have WeakAuras, you can create a custom overlay for the button that glows when Kill Shot is available.
