NinjaYell - Lightweight Alternative to CastYeller

NinjaYell was designed with the intention of delivering the functionality of mods such as CastYeller or CCBreaker, without all the memory usage and bloat-ation(?).

Only real drawback is that you must edit the lua files yourself to 'config' it. This shouldn't be a problem for anyone with any kind of programming experience, large or small, and I did my best to write a 'noob-frienldy' how to on the page.
