Targetting Lag?

I use Mandrake Unit Frames, and have been using them for the past 5 months. I had this problem w/ Nurfed frames, so i dumped it and put in Mandrake. Just today though, whenever i target people, the game hiccups a little. I havent put in any new addons since this started. I used to be able to run my fingers across the F1-F5 keys and target ppl in quick succession w/out any lag. But when i do that now, the game freezes up for a second. Anyone know whats up?
