Help - Carbonite not displaying Quest area's/targets

Recently carbonite has stopped displaying the different colored areas on the carbonite map where quest objectives are. How can I fix this? I did the reset carbonite back to original settings but no luck. I haven't messed much with the setting anyway though so I am not sure that that is what caused the problem.

There are colored buttons on the top of the Quest Watcher.

The green one controls the showing of Quest details on the map. Make sure it is BRIGHT green.
